Wind-Solar-ESS Storage Integrated Smart Grid Technology
Install 500 wind turbines, 500 photovoltaic arrays, and 500 energy storage devices around oil wells production. The primary goal of this initiative is to provide a reliable, clean power supply to hydraulic pumping units, entirely off-grid.
The Process
Project leverages a hybrid power system that combines wind and solar energy with advanced battery storage. This integrated approach ensures a consistent and sustainable power supply.
A hydraulic pumping unit combined with wind and solar power supply, with a rated motor power of 4.5 kilowatts, and a maximum power consumption of 4.5 kWh per hour. Due to the energy-saving effect of the hydraulic pumping unit, the actual power consumption is about 70%-80% of the rated power, with an average power consumption of 3.3 kWh per hour.
Install one wind turbine, which can generate 10 kWh per hour in 3-4 level winds; 48 monocrystalline photovoltaic panels, each 450W, which can generate 21.6 kWh per hour during 6-8 hours of effective sunlight daily; and 80x150Ah batteries for energy storage, with a maximum capacity of 144 kWh.
